Ron Vaudt took the time to ask a lot of detailed questions to really understand what I wanted, how I planned to use the pool, and what would work best for my space. It never felt like a one-size-fits-all sale—they made sure the final choice truly matched my needs and expectations. The installation process was just as impressive. It was completed quickly, but without cutting corners. Everything was done thoroughly and with attention to detail. What stood out the most was the installer Manuel and his team took the time to walk me through the entire system before leaving. He explained how to operate all the equipment, answered my questions, and made sure I felt confident managing everything on my own. Overall, it was a smooth, professional experience, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase and install a pool."

"I stopped in Backyard Oasis to pick up some spa cleaning tools. I found so many cute decorative items, and they were very helpful. I am selling a beautiful pool and two homes with 14 lots. I needed help describing this lovely pool with descriptive details for the Listing! The gentleman knows more about pools and spas, but he was so kind in explaining everything I needed to know! It is not often that you get the full service by the owner. But he was patient and very thorough! He remembered my client and the pool she bought 10 years ago! It was a lovely evening because he took time to help me understand every magnificent feature they had designed for her!"
